Store Pickup lets you buy online, avoid shipping charges and pick up your order. Orders placed before 3pm CST can be picked up same day. Orders placed after 3pm CST will need be picked up next business day. Certain items that ship direct from the factory cannot be picked up at store.

Here's how it works:

1. Place an eligible item in your cart and choose the Pick Up option.
2. Complete your order.
3. Wait to receive two e-mails from us:
   • Order confirmation – Verifies that we've received your order.
   • Pickup notification – Lets you know your order is ready for pickup. It will also tell you what to bring to the store.
4. At the store, look for the Store Pickup sign — or ask the associate at the door to direct you to the right place.

Bring to the Store:

1. Your state-issued photo ID
2. Your order number (for a speedier process)

Important: Please make sure the person picking up the order is the person named on the purchasing credit card.

Changing Your Shipping or Pickup Options

To change your shipping or pickup options after you've placed an order, call 888-260-6548.

• To switch from shipping to store pickup, call within one hour of placing your order.
• To switch from store pickup to shipping, call any time.

Canceling a Store Pickup

To cancel your pickup, call 888-260-6548. Please have your credit-card information handy.

Your order will be held at the store for 8 days. To ensure your security, if you do not pick up your order within this timeframe, we'll cancel the order and issue a refund to your original form of payment.
