30 Day Money Back Guarantee and Exchange Policy
If you are within our 30 day money back guarantee policy, you may return an unwanted item back to us for a refund or exchange it for another item. Simply contact us at (714) 361-2653 or customerservice@laptopsforless.com to obtain an RMA number to return the unwanted item for a refund or exchange. If you have chosen to exchange an item you must place a new order. When your RMA is received and has completed our return process (please allow 5-10 business days), you will see a credit for the product reflected onto your original credit card statement. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for any non-warranty returns. If you are receiving a credit to your credit card, please allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. After 30 days, there are no refunds for non-defective items.
Store Credit
Laptops For Less will automatically issue store credit for approved returned items that are after our 30 day return policy and up to 90 days from your purchase. If you wish to return your item after our 30 day return policy but before 90 days of purchasing the product and you do NOT want store credit, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater. No returns or store credits for non-warranty items will be issued after 90 days of your purchase. Please note that store credits expire after 90 days of the return of goods and are non-transferable. If you do not use your store credit, within the allotted time, the store credit will be removed from our records and you will not be able to redeem the credit. Please be aware that store credits are for the original purchase price of the item and exclude all shipping charges along with any duties and taxes that may have been incurred. Address Correction Charges
Occasionally our customers mis-type their delivery address in the shopping cart and their product cannot be delivered. If your product was shipped via USPS and there is an incorrect address, the product will be shipped back to us as undeliverable. The USPS does not allow us to correct the address and re-direct the shipment for an incorrect address. If we are notified that your address is “undeliverable” we will notify you via email and ask for your correct address. We will be glad to re-ship you a replacement product but we will have to charge you a $5.00 address correction and re-shipping fee so please be careful to make sure your address is correct when you enter it into the shopping cart.
Warranty Replacements
If your product is defective, you may qualify for a warranty replacement of the item. Please contact customer service at (714) 361-2653 or customerservice@laptopsforless.com to see if your product is under warranty and to obtain your RMA number. If your product is determined to be defective and you would like a replacement product, we will send you a replacement free of charge as well as a pre-paid return shipping label to send us back the defective item. If we do not receive your defective item within 30 days, we will charge your credit card for the cost of the replacement item. If you are trying to return a defective product that has been discontinued and no longer stocked by us, then we will either attempt to source you a replacement or will provide you a refund. If your warranty replacement is on back order, we will notify you at the time you place your RMA and will give you an ETA of delivery.
If upon receiving your defective item our technicians test it and no trouble is found, then Laptops For Less will charge the minimum of $15 or a 15% restocking fee for items purchased less than 90 days ago and will re-charge your credit card for the full purchase if it is more than 90 days from date of purchase.
If you would like to pay for expedited shipping on your warranty replacement, please let us know when you obtain your RMA number and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that warranty replacement only covers the actual defective item and not any additional charges paid by the customer such as any duties and taxes.
Warranty Restrictions
Defective items, such as batteries and AC Adapters may be returned for replacement up to 1 year after the purchase date. Projector and television lamps have a 3-6 month warranty replacement guarantee, depending on the item. All sales are final for close out or clearance items.
Exchange Policy
While we can replace damaged or defective merchandise, we can't exchange one item for another item. In order to get exactly what you want as quickly as possible, simply obtain an RMA number to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. When your RMA is received and has completed our return process (please allow 7-10 business days), you will see a credit for the product reflected onto your original purchasing credit card. Laptopsforless.com must receive payment for all merchandise prior to shipping any items. If you have chosen to place a new order, a temporary duplicate charge will be placed on your credit card until the returned merchandise has been received and processed by our warehouse. Return Policy
Should you decide that you would like to return the product you ordered, we will accept requests for credit back to the original purchasing credit card up to 30 days of the receipt of the item, less any and shipping and handling fees you have paid. If you are receiving a credit to your credit card, please allow 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Mis-shipped Orders
On the rare occasion that you receive a product that you did not order, please notify Laptopsforless.com within the first 3 days of the receipt of your package. Once we have determined that you have indeed been shipped the incorrect item, we will make every reasonable effort to correct our mistake. Typically, the correction includes the re-shipment of the corrected item and providing our customers with a prepaid FedEx return label to return the mis-shipped item.
How to Obtain an RMA
To obtain an RMA number please contact one of our customer service agents at (714) 361-2653 or by email at customerservice@laptopsforless.com Monday through Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm PST. After speaking with one of our agents, you will be given an RMA number along with instructions on returning your order. Please follow the instructions given. Any packages received without prior return authorization will be refused back to the shipper. All RMA numbers will expire after 30 days of issuance. If your product is not received within 30 days of issuance, the RMA number will expire and you will not qualify for another RMA number. Please be sure to write your RMA number in ink clearly on the outside of your package in an area that will not be hidden by a shipping label. Incorrect RMA numbers will result in a slower processing time. Laptopsforless.com recommends that you return your unwanted product via FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS Certified, Return Receipt so that you will be able to verify the delivery of your return if necessary. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
