How Do I Submit a Low Price Guarantee? You must first place your order at the advertised price with Laptops For Less. We cannot change the price of an item before your purchase. After you have placed your order simply visit the contact us page or click here and send us an email. Please choose the “Low Price Guarantee” department and provide your order information in addition to our competitor’s information including competitor’s website, specific product link if possible, and competitors price. A manager will then verify the price and process your credit for a matched or reduced price. The credit will be applied to the same card used on the original order. Please allow 5 – 10 days for the credit to be processed and up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. It’s that simple! Please note we cannot honor low price guarantees on the phone or prior to an order being placed.
The item must be an identical product, including model number, components, and U.S. warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. reseller. Laptops For Less reserves the right to verify the validity of said reseller.
Laptops For Less will not price match items sold on auction sites (such as eBay, Yahoo! Auctions, etc) or at local or special sales (e.g. grand opening, anniversary, clearance or liquidation sales). We will not price match competitor wholesale prices when the intent is to purchase a single product or small lot quantities. We also don’t price match typographical errors on other companies' websites. Memory cards and flash drives also do not qualify for price matching.

If another company offers a product that comes with a mail–in rebate, gift card, or an equivalent, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the mail–in rebate, gift card or equivalent into account.
