How does Laptops For Less' Price Match Guarantee work?

We are so confident that our prices are the best around, we'll match or beat any lower advertised retail price.  If you find a lower price on an identical product, simply show us the lower priced item and we'll match or beat it! Contact our Customer Service Team at 1-888-260-6548 and give one of our representatives the website address of the lower priced item. We’ll then verify the price and process your order for a matched or reduced price. It’s that simple!

Which items qualify for the Price Match Guarantee?

Our Price Match Guarantee covers nearly everything we sell. The item must be an identical product, including model number, components, and U.S. warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. reseller. Laptops For Less reserves the right to verify the validity of said reseller.

Which products are not available for the Price Match Guarantee?

Laptops For Less will not price match items sold on auction sites (such as eBay, Yahoo! Auctions, etc) or at local or special sales (e.g. grand opening, anniversary, clearance or liquidation sales). We will not price match competitor wholesale prices when the intent is to purchase a single product or small lot quantities. (If you are interested in a large volume purchase we will refer you to our Corporate Sales Department). We also don’t price match typographical errors on other companies' websites. Memory cards and flash drives also do not qualify for price matching.

Will Laptops For Less match another company’s price when combined with an instant rebate, coupon, mail–in rebate, gift card or free or discounted item?

Laptops For Less will match another company’s final price after deducting a coupon discount or instant rebate. If another company offers a product that comes with a mail–in rebate, gift card, or an equivalent, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the mail–in rebate, gift card or equivalent into account. If another company offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item and Laptops For Less does not carry the free or discounted item, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the free or discounted item into account.

Are delivery charges included in the Price Match Guarantee? 

Yes. When prices are compared to another company's pricing for the identical product, the equivalent delivery charges will be factored in. If the other company's delivery charges are not supplied, we will assume a Ground Delivery Rate of $7.95 to compare to the other company's price.

Are quantities limited on price–matched products? 

Laptops For Less reserves the right to limit the quantities of price–matched items. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.

What if I find a lower price after I have made my purchase at Laptops For Less, will Laptops for Less credit me the difference?

The Price Match Guarantee policy does not include retroactive rebates/credits if you find a lower price after you have a purchased an item from us.
